Elegant vintage 1950s Tiffany & Company sterling silver 8 3/8" serving bowl or centerpiece, mid century modern styling with palette footed base & large interlaced monogram! Yes, the Holidays are coming up and what a fabulous gift! This one even has a large Tiffany box that you could wrap it in! Palette stylized four-footed base, the monogram appears to read "FHW" though the order may be up to debate. The bowl itself is wonderful, thick & heavy sterling silver weighing over 22 troy ounces. The Tiffany mark on the base dates the piece between 1947-1956 under the directorship of Louis deBebian Moore. Gorgeous!
Very good condition. No dents or dimples to note though there are a few spots where tarnish is visible in the images, sorry :). The box is not original and a bit larger but we'll include it with the bowl if you want. It measures 12"x12" so we'd need to either fold it flat or put in a box larger than 12" for shipment (and USPS charges for 'oversize package" on anything over 12x12). Feel free to ask what the postage quote would be either way. See pictures for all measurements.
