Elegant antique French hallmarked sterling silver 4pc hors d'oeuvres serving implement set with Empire style crossed torch & arrow filled quiver pattern, reticulated & engraved or machined bowls and wonderful condition! A beautiful set, don't you think! Four pieces consisting of a knife shaped piece, fork and reticulated spoon & spatula. All bear the French Minerve or Minerva hallmark, the tiny number "1" within those marks designate them as being in .950 silver (95% pure and higher than the .925 standard for sterling silver). The silversmith marks are there but I can't quite make them out, possibly for Louis Rosen, Paris c. 1860s. A wonderful set, one you'll love to get out and use at every occasion. Of course, the Holidays are quickly approaching and what better way to spruce up your fine dining experience.
Very good condition. Some faint surface scuffs indicative of light use. No bends, breaks or repairs to any. See pictures for weights and measurements.
