This is a wonderful early Czech Christmas ornament. It is mercury glass with beads in the form of a pacifier. There are powder blue beads at either end so it was for a baby boy. It is 3-1/2" long overall and in mint condition. This is a scarce form for an ornament. It has been in my collection for many years. It's a real holiday treasure.
