For sale is a very nice vintage 1950's Pennsylvania Mennonite folk art horse stuffed toy that I have had for awhile. He is made of brown wool, and his mane, tail and saddle are yellow wool felt. His wall-eyes are blue buttons, and his harness is a flat, possibly hemp, string. I believe the horse is stuffed with a combination of cotton and straw or excelsior. He measures about 12" tall, 12" long, and 3 1/2" wide, and is in very nice vintage condition, with no significant issues, although there are remnants of some kind of coating on the string harness. Please look carefully at the pictures as they are an important part of the description, and be sure to ask any questions. What a wonderful addition to your horse or Mennonite/Amish stuffed animal collection!
