For sale is a wonderful and primitive antique rag doll that I acquired from a seller in Pennsylvania. I believe that it dates to the early 1900's, although I suppose it could be as late as the 1920's. The doll is made of natural linen, and has a naively hand drawn face. She wears a blue and white dress with matching pantaloons, hat, and shoes. In addition, she has on knit socks, and is firmly stuffed with cotton, I believe. The doll measures about 11" tall, and is in nice antique condition, with a few areas of brown spotting, which may wash out, but I'll leave that to the new owner. There are no holes, rips, or repairs. Please look carefully at the pictures as they are an important part of the description, and be sure to ask any questions. What a sweet addition to your collection of antique folk dolls!
