Antique Victorian Matched Pair Needlepoint Beaded Slipper Wall Pockets

For sale is a wonderful matched pair of antique Victorian needlepoint beaded slipper wall pockets. They are completed in needlepoint and beadwork in a lily of the valley floral motif. There is beaded fringe all the way around the perimeter, as well as on the pocket openings, and the back of each is red silk. Each pocket has a small wire loop hanger on the back, and measures about 7 3/4" tall including the fringe, and 5 1/4" wide. One is in really nice antique condition, with no missing beadwork or other issues on the front, and some shattering on the silk backing. The other pocket has a couple of areas of damage on the fringe, but none on the pocket itself, and also shows wear on the silk backing. I'm sure these flaws could be repaired by someone with expertise in beadwork. Please look carefully at the pictures as they are an important part of the description, and be sure to ask any questions.
