For sale is a hard to find antique late 19th century Pennsylvania folk art string ball pin cushion that came from a collection in Massachusetts. I will be listing 6 of these in total. This one more egg shaped, and is covered in red, green, yellow, orange, gray and black in horizontal rows with an interlocked diamond design in the center. It has a gray woven yarn hanger on one end, and a multicolor tassel on the other. The pin cushion ball measures about 7 1/4" in circumference in the center, and about 5" long, and is in nice antique condition, no holes, rips, etc, although the hanger needs to be repaired. Please look carefully at the pictures as they are an important part of the description, and be sure to ask any questions. What a nice addition to your collection of old sewing items!
