For sale is a very nice lot of 3 fabric items that I have collected in the last few years. First is a pair of folk art bird egg cozies that I found in Adamstown, Pennsylvania. I believe that they are Mennonite, although I can't verify that fact. They are handmade of yellow calico cotton, and lined with a yellow ribbed satiny fabric. They have shirt button eyes, and measure about 4" long and 4" tall. They are in very nice near mint condition. Next is a heart pin cushion that I found in the Midwest some time back. It is a floral cotton fabric on one side, and red cotton on the other, and is completely hand sewn with a small knotted hanger at the top. The piece measures about 3 1/2" x 3", and is in nice vintage condition, with minor expected wear. The last item is a rabbit pin cushion with an attached carrot scissors holder. I can't remember where I purchased it. The white rabbit is handmade of white and pink wool felt with a cotton pompom tail and pink googly eyes. It is attached to the carrot with green ribbon. The carrot measures about 5" long, and the ribbon is about 48" long. The entire piece is in very nice condition. Please look carefully at the pictures as they are an important part of the description, and be sure to ask any questions. What unique additions to your sewing collection!
