For sale is an antique 19th folk art toleware coffeepot that I found at an outdoor antique market in Indiana. I think that it is probably from Pennsylvania, but I can't verify that. It has stylized floral decoration in red, yellow, and green, on the original black japanning. The piece measures about 8 1/4" tall, 9" wide from the tip of the spout to the end of the handle, and the bottom is about 6" in diameter. It is in antique condition, with significant wear to the japanning and toleware decoration, and there is very minor rust on the interior, but there are no holes or dents. Please look carefully at the pictures as they are an important part of the description, and be sure to ask any questions. What a charming addition to your cottage primitive decor!
