For sale is a very sweet antique dated April 13th, 1880 calligraphy drawing of a bird that I recently acquired from a sale in Massachusetts. It is quite elaborate and detailed, with may flourishes surrounding the bird. The piece also says "Regards of J.B.T Leavitt". It is housed in an appropriate, if not original frame, and measures about 8" 5 3/8", with sight measurements of 6 1/2" x 3 3/4". The image is about 4 3/4" x 3 1/2". The calligraphy is in excellent antique condition, with no noticeable issues, and the frame shows just minor wear. Please look carefully at the pictures as they are an important part of the description, and be sure to ask any questions. What a charming addition to your cottage Victorian decor!
