An early 19th century ironstone china imari patterned drainer by Hicks, Meigh and Johnson. It is beautifully decorated with stylized painted flowers . Circa 1822. It measure 13" long by 9.25" wide. (It fits into a 17.25" long platter). It shows the Hicks, Meigh and Johnson coat of arms mark on the rear with the word "stone china" beneath. There is slight general wear commensurate with age and usage. No damage noted.
