Letang St. Nicholas Chocolate mold from Letang Fils, Paris, France. Letang Fils dates back to 1832 and is today the oldest existing manufacturer of chocolate molds. This beautiful old mold features a St. Nicholas holding a staff and wearing a Bishop's robe. It is stamped with the mold number "2034" which catalogs it as a Letang mold. This is a scarce mold that has very nice detail. It shows wear with darker aged areas, clip scratches and small areas of age spotting but overall is in very nice displayable condition (see photos). The inside is relatively clean. It comes with two old bar clips.
