This is a lovely cameo of Bacchus with the rams head on shoulder
The setting is silver not marked but tested.The size is 1 3/4 by 2.There is a natural light spot in front f nose just apart of the shell and on the back at the top is a dark spot does not show on front.From around 1860 Much nicer in person
