This is a LARGE FINE MUSEUM QUALITY CARVED CAMEO OF BACCHUS WITH WINE BARREL.The setting is 14 kt gold not marked but tested
The size is 2 3/8 by 2 There may be some wear on the central figure which is Bacchus on wine barrel.Not sure but plenty of detail They are all drinking Also on the one side when lite the shell is lighter and on the back at side is a little bit of rough edge not seen on front.I think the cameo is older than the setting Signed on the back looks like Cosatto Setting may be around 1920 cameo maybe 1860.MUch nicer in person
