This is a FABULOUS HAND PAINTED RUSSIAN WITH A INLAID STONE BORDER. The stones are flat cut not sure if they are precious or not. They may be garnets.It is 2 1/2 wide MOP back with movable bail. Sterling silver tested and signed by the artist. Truly a one of a kind.
