This Pink Depression Glass 7-Ounce Footed Water Tumbler was made by Jeannette Glass in the beloved Floral, "Poinsettia," pattern. An allover floral motif of flowers resembling poinsettias is molded into the glass, giving the pattern its nickname. Some sources, however, identify the blooms as a passion flower.
This cone-shaped glass tumbler measures 4-3/4 inches tall. The diameter is 3-1/4 inches at the rim, and 2-1/2 inches across the foot. There is no mark.
Floral was made by Jeannette from 1932 to 1934. There is no mark.
The round foot is slightly misshapen and thin, as though from heat, and probably occurred in the production process. Other than the expected flaws characteristic of Depression Era Glass, such as bubbles, mold seam roughness, or other irregularities, there is no damage.
