Offered for your consideration is the increasingly hard to find Royal Lace Green Depression Glass Dinner Plate. One of the prettiest Depression Glass patterns, Royal Lace is an all over pattern of lacy floral medallions separated by an Art Deco style draping rib design that comes to a point. The plate has a floral four-lobed center, with the ribs fanning out between each lobe.
This glass dinner plate measures 9-7/8 inches in diameter.
This unmarked pattern was made by Hazel-Atlas from 1934 to 1941. More often seen in pink and the more expensive cobalt blue, it is unusual to find the dinner plate in green.
There is inner rim roughness and a shallow 3/16 inch edge chip, which is negligible in this hard to find color in Royal Lace.
