These beautiful Ritz Blue Depression Era Shot Glass Tumblers were made by New Martinsville for their #37 line known as Moondrops. Moondrops is distinguishable not only by the higher quality of the glass and the richness of the clear cobalt blue color but also by the four oval-shaped "drops” that circle the lower portion of each piece. Each little shot glass stands on a concave foot of concentric rings.
Each tiny 2-ounce tumbler measures just 2-3/4 inches tall and 2-1/4 inches in diameter at the rim. The foot is 2-inches in diameter.
Moondrops was made by New Martinsville Glass from 1932 to 1940. There is no mark.
There are no chips or cracks in either tumbler.
Sold as a set, you will receive two tumblers.
