The lid is clear plastic with the word “Coalport” and a crown in gold.
This thimble measures Just over 1-inch tall and 7/8-inches in diameter at the opening. The box is 1-1/2 inches tall and 2-1/8 inches in diameter.
The thimble is stamped in aqua, with the Coalport crown ®, flanked by "Bone Chine, COALPORT, Made in England, Est. 1750.” The word “Wren” and the number 41 are also stamped inside.
These thimbles were made by Coalport circa the 1980s and 1990s.
The clear top of the box has sticker residue. There are no other condition issues.
