Hall China produced this Refrigerator Ware Gray and Yellow Leftover Bowl for General Electric in the 1930s. These leftover bowls were Premiums made to be included with the purchase of a General Electric Refrigerator. As such, there was likely once a matching cover. Each GE bowl has a daffodil yellow interior in contrast to the solid gray body.
This heavy vintage bowl measures 5-3/4 inches in diameter and 3-1/4 inches deep.
Made by Hall circa the 1930s, it is marked in blue with the GE Logo followed by "Refrigerators, Hall Ovenware China, Made for General Electric."
As in most vintage pieces, there are normal, small surface scratches, and the foot shows signs of normal wear, including a 3/8-inch shallow chip that does not affect stability.
