This Set of Four Mid-Century Culver Glass Tall 14-oz Highball Tumblers in the beloved Valencia pattern is truly breathtaking! Decorated in 22K Gold by the leader in the field of Mid-Century Barware, these are the larger and harder to find 14-ounce highball tumblers. Reminiscent of Morocco, the design is a three-dimensional textured 22K gold filigree with a hint of green peeking through the gold. A raised, watery green glass diamond is set in each opening in the intricate pattern.
Each tumbler measures 6-1/8 inches tall. Each measures 2-3/8 inches in diameter at the bottom and 2-3/4 inches at the rim.
Each tumbler is signed "Culver©” in place of one of the green diamonds in the bottom row. Culver's most popular pattern, Valencia was made from the 1950s into the 1980s. This mark indicates these tumblers are likely from the 1980s.
One of the tumblers has a scratch on the bottom as shown in the photo. At a glance, they look as though they were never used, but close examination reveals that there is minor wear on the gold. This is typical of these heavily textured gold layers, but it is truly minimal and not readily noticeable. There are no chips or cracks.
Culver Glass Company always recommended hand-washing to preserve the beauty. Make your guests feel like royalty when you host your next get-together!
