These beautiful Green Depression Glass Salt and Pepper Shakers were numbered 3530 by Hazel Atlas. The concentric rings on these clear green glass shakers will lend interest to any table decor. The slender urn-shape tapers down to a circular foot. These were pictured in Hazel Atlas catalogs between 1936 and 1939, and the tops were described as being "Nickel Plated Brass Tops." They glow beautifully under black light.
Each shaker measures 3-1/2 inches tall, 3-inches without the tops, and 1-1/2 inches in diameter.
Made by Hazel-Atlas Glass during the 1930s, each is marked with the embossed HA on the bottom.
Other than the expected minor wear characteristic of Depression Era Glass there is no damage to the glass shakers. The original metal tops are worn, tarnished, and dented, and a couple of the holes are torn.
