Here is the beloved Hocking Block Optic Depression Glass in the Cone Shaped Sherbets. Named for its block design, Block Optic has horizontal rings molded into the glass intersecting with the vertical panels forming three rows of blocks. Each column is rounded at the top forming a scalloped effect just below the rim.
Each sherbet measures 3-inches high and 3-3/4 inches in diameter at the rim, on a 2-1/2 inch rayed foot.
Block Optic was made by Hocking Glass between 1929 and 1933. There is no mark.
Four of the sherbets have no condition issues. The fifth has some rim roughness in a series of small nicks. These are priced as a set of four to reflect the condition of the fifth sherbet.
