A red and black detailed 1899 Packard is fired on the front of each of these three "Horseless Carriage" red-rimmed cocktail glasses from Libbey. The pattern is known as "Horseless Carriage #3003" and features the beautiful vintage auto. "Packard" is written in script, along with "1899." Each glass is rimmed with a matching red. The truly striking feature of these glasses is the woman with her hands in the pockets of her long black and white checked coat and a scarf tied about her head against the wind. She looks skeptically at this horseless carriage and you can nearly read her thoughts!
These Libbey Rock Sharpe stemmed cocktail glasses each measure 4 inches tall on a lobed stem and circular foot and 2-7/8 inches in diameter. Made by Libbey/Rock Sharpe circa the 1950s, there is no mark.
The only condition issue is some minor wear on the red rims.
