Add mid-century Elegant Glass to your table with this Orchid crystal Creamer and Sugar by Heisey. Heisey Orchid is a beautiful etched pattern featuring a large orchid blossom cameo on each side of the piece. Smaller flowers tied with an extravagant ribbon bow are etched between the orchids. Both the creamer and sugar have scalloped rims and fancy handles constructed of two curved and joined pieces of glass.
This beautiful sugar bowl measures 4-1/4 inches tall and the creamer is slightly shorter at 4-inches tall at the lip. Oval in shape, the sugar is 3-5/8 inches by 3-1/4, and 5-1/2 inches across the handles. The creamer is 3-7/8 inches by 3-inches and 4-5/8 inches across the handle and spout. Both pieces are joined to a 2-3/8 inch octagonal foot by a pretty crystal knob with embossed shells.
The Heisey H in diamond trademark is on the bottom of the sugar. There is no mark on the creamer.
Orchid was a popular pattern that was produced by Heisey from 1940 to 1957 when the factory closed.
There are no condition issues.
