Here is unmistakable Haviland Limoges China in a pretty open candy dish with a pink floral motif. On Blank 426, the pattern has airy, delicate flowers in pink and pale green on vines of soft green leaves swirling around the inside of the three-lobed dish. A curling vine is embossed at one end for the handle and decorated with gold. Gold also trims the scalloped and softly fluted edge.
This pretty bonbon measures 6-5/8 inches long by 5-3/4 inches wide. It is just 1-5/8 inches deep.
It is marked in green underglaze "Haviland/France." There is also a red "Haviland & Co. Limoges" mark over the glaze.
This dish was made by Haviland, Limoges, France circa 1894 to 1932.
There are light surface scratches consistent with age and some minor wear on the gold. There are no chips or cracks.
