In exquisite Royal Albert snow-white bone china on the widely fluted Countess Shape, the only decoration on this teacup and saucer set is the elegant gold trim. The gold encrusted high rounded handle is set off by matching gold trim on the fluted rim and foot of the cup and around the saucer.
The bone china cup measures 3-3/8 inches in diameter, 4 with the handle, and 2-3/4 inches tall. The saucer is 5-5/8 inches in diameter.
The backstamp on each piece is a black crown, followed by the words "Royal Albert" in block letters, "Bone China" in script, and "England" in smaller block letters.
Made by Royal Albert China during the 1960s and 1970s, the gold on the handle of the cup is worn, but the set has no other damage.
