In exquisite Royal Albert snow white bone china on the widely fluted Countess Shape, the only decoration on these luncheon plates is the elegant gold trim around the edge.
There are six plates available. Each bone china plate measures 8-1/8 inches in diameter.
The backstamp on each is a black crown, followed by the words "Royal Albert" in block letters, "Bone China" in script, and "England" in smaller block letters.
Made by Royal Albert China during the 1960s and 1970s, each plate has a small manufacturing flaw on the edge in the form of a slightly uneven spot. One of the plates has very fine, heavy crazing that has begun to discolor and a couple of raised areas in the center, as though perhaps this plate was exposed to heat. All of the other five plates have no crazing and are very lovely and elegant for your table.
