In high gloss solid black, the top of this Hall New York teapot and the finial of the lid are ringed with gold. The gleaming Black and Gold on the New York shape makes a statement of simple elegance for serving tea for two.
This petite teapot measures 4-1/2 inches in diameter at its widest, and 6-1/2 inches across the handle and spout. It is just 3-1/2 inches tall, 4-1/2 inches with the cover.
Made by Hall between 1930 and 1970, it is stamped with a gold circle surrounding the word "Hall" in block letters. "Made in U.S.A." is printed beneath the circle.
Except for a 1/8-inch chip on the bottom of the lid that is hidden down inside the teapot, there are no other condition issues.
