Serve individual servings of puddings, custard, or even ice cream, in these four vintage McKee GlasBake Patterned Custard Cups! An embossed design of a geometric band rings the dish with a stylized flower cartouche on opposite sides. The bottom of the dish is stippled with the embossed GlasBake name, and a ring of six tiny feet are on the bottom.
Each little glass baking dish measures 3-1/2 inches in diameter and 1-3/4 inches deep.
Each is marked with McKee's trademark "Glasbake" reverse embossed in the stippled bottom, so that it reads correctly through the glass without turning it over. There is also a one or two digit number above the word, and 286 below.
These custard cups were made by McKee circa 1917 to 1951. Each has some minor inner rim roughness caused by stacking. There is also a smooth indented spot on the rim of one, as though the glass there melted, probably caused in the manufacture. All have grease stains around the seams that look much worse in the photos. Priced as a set, you will receive all four.
