Each of these Baltic Ivy Bread and Butter plates was made by Blue Ridge, Southern Potteries in Tennessee sometime before 1957. Featuring two large five-lobed ivy leaves in deep forest green with a smaller light chartreuse leaf in between, on a sweeping brown vine along one side of the plate, these hand painted pieces are a wonderful piece of Americana.
Each pottery plate measures 6-1/4 inches in diameter and would work well as a dessert plate. There is no mark. The matching dinner plate I have listed carries the Blue Ridge Backstamp.
Each plate has only the expected minor surface scratches. All three plates are offered as a set.
