Each of these Baltic Ivy Cup and Saucer sets was made by Blue Ridge, Southern Potteries sometime before 1957. Two large five-lobed ivy leaves in deep forest green, with a smaller light chartreuse leaf in between perch on a sweeping brown vine. The hand painted design nearly surrounds the cup and runs along one side of the saucer. These hand painted pieces are treasures of American Dinnerware from a bygone era.
Each pottery cup measures 2-inches tall and 3-5/8 inches in diameter, and the saucers are 6-1/4 inches in diameter.
There are no marks on the cups and saucers. I have seen a matching dinner plate that carries the Blue Ridge Backstamp.
There is minor wear, and a few of the leaves show surface scratches.
