Offered for your consideration is the sweet White Dogwood Individual Sugar and Creamer set by Royal Albert Bone China. Realistic branches of four-petaled white dogwood flowers on deep green leaves accented with touches of yellow reach across the fronts of the creamer and sugar bowl. A smaller spray of matching flowers is depicted on the backs. The scalloped rims of both pieces are decorated with brushed gold. The fancy handle of the creamer and the foot of each piece are also trimmed with gold.
The darling little Creamer measures 3-1/4 inches tall, and 3-1/2 inches to the top of the handle. It is 2-inches in diameter on a 1-5/8 inch foot and 4-inches across the handle and spout. The matching sugar is 2-1/8 inches tall by 3-1/4 inches in diameter on a 2-inch diameter foot.
The Dogwood motif is echoed in color in the mark with a banner across the small spray that reads "White Dogwood" followed by "Royal Albert Bone China England." This pattern was made by Royal Albert China circa the 1940s.
There is a pinhead-sized dark mark on the outside of the creamer and another on the inside, and there is a similar mark on the outside of the sugar. There are no other condition issues.
