This is the rarest American WWII military badge I have ever owned. It's from the 101st military police battalion, US Army. It also came with an early Screaming Eagle Airborne patch. Notice the white stitching around the border, I would assume designating an officer rank. Patch has been blacklighted. Also notice the high rank on the badge, being a Major. The fire blue enamel is in good shape, but there is wear on the gold gild surface of the badge. Badge measures 2 9/16" x 1 3/4" and is maker marked by HC Walter & Sons. 15 Park Row NY. The patch measures 2 1/2" x 2 1/2".
