A quite impressive , naturalistically posed early vintage silver ( 800 standard ) , probably German, shooting dog 'on patrol. ' It will make a wonderful ornament for the appropriate occasional wooden table, for example! An attractive piece.

Condition : a lovely piece with some shortcomings. Namely, those responsible for the moulding process were not giving the matter their full attention - please study the photographs. However, when looked at generally it still is a very attractive piece and one does not see the shortcomings ( they are reflected in the price ).
