Quite a heavy hand blown scent bottle from the well known Eickholt glass studio. The piece is signed " Eickholt, 1988." There is a case glassed inner scent container with wonderful iridescent shades of gold, green, purple and blue. It has a round glass stopper ( in perfect condition ) which by gently turning it locks it into place . The stopper also acts as a scent dauber. The inside is decorated with small round bubbles. A lot of work went into creating this piece.

Robert Eickholt has been captivating audience with his love of glass blowing for over thirty-years. In 1978 Bob founded Eickholt Glass Co. where he has been producing a look of his own ever since.
Early on Bob enjoyed playing and experimenting with various glass techniques, this obsession would lead him to create new decorating techniques that were distinctive of Eickholt Glass Co. Many of the techniques used today involve the use of precious metals such as silver and gold, as well as rare oxides such as cobalt and dichroic glass. The one–by-one production method has produced finely crafted pieces of fine art glass that has given the studio a reputation for incomparable quality and beauty. Eickholt’s commitment to constantly redefining the designs and experimenting with colors, shapes, and techniques gives his glass a dynamic quality that has made his glass a tradition nationally and internationally.
