Gold 18k Diamond Fashion Ring, 1980s.

This fabulous vintage ( 1980s ) fashion ring is crafted in 18 karat yellow gold. It has a bright polished tapered shank which splits into three bands. The center band is lined with fourteen, channel set baguette cut diamonds, H in colour, SI in clarity with a total weight of approximately 0.75ctw., and is topped with a lobe encrusted with pave set round brilliant cut diamonds. The two outer bands are encrusted with pave set round brilliant cut diamonds as well as a smaller diamond set contoured lobe on top. There are ( per the Swiss jeweller^s receipt ) a total of one hundred and twenty-nine, round diamonds, H in colour, SI in clarity with a total weight of approximately 0.85ctw., giving the ring an approximate total diamond weight of 1.6ctw. The ring measures 1.8cm. ( 0 45/64" ) at the top and weighs 11.9 grams .
