Vintage 14K Yellow Gold Ruby & Diamond Heart Pendant Necklace

For your consideration, is this very pretty vintage 14 karat yellow gold ruby and diamond heart pendant. The pendant measures approximately 3/4 inch in length, and is on a 21” chain. It is in very nice vintage condition. The clasp is marked 14K NC. I could not find the mark on the heart, but it tested as 14 K and the ruby/diamonds tested with a presidium gem tester.
