Small Vintage Wooden Frame C.1940

Small vintage goldish painted wooden frame. It would work good for a small oil painting on board, a watercolor or print. It has a partial label on the back from the Art Institute of Chicago. Shipping includes insurance and delivery confirmation within the USA.

Outer dimensions - 10 3/4" x 9 1/4".
Sight or front opening - 6 1/2" x 5".
Opening in back - 7" x 5 1/2".

Condition: The gold paint has aged to a brownish color or possibly it was not really gold to begin with. The high spots of the frame has been worn down to the wood. Two of the corners are separated a little. There are no chips or cracks. It doesn't have any eyelets or wire for hanging or glass.
