Antique brass adjustable hem measure with a rolling toothed wheel for tracing and marking patterns. It is stamped with inch measurements but has no maker's marks. Free shipping within the USA includes insurance and tracking.

Condition: There is a large spot of oxidization near the rolling toothed wheel. There are other smaller spots of tarnishing and some minor bends and scratches.
