Pair Large 12 3/4" Old Scissors Shears Heinisch NJ

Pair of large old heavy steel scissors or shears. They are marked "HEINISCH NEWARK NJ U.S.A." on one side near the base of the blades. These are possibly tailor's shears? C.1920? Shipping includes insurance and delivery confirmation within the USA.

Length - 12 3/4".

Condition: These are missing most of the paint and there is some light surface rust in some places. I don't know how well they will cut and would probably need sharpening if you were intending to use them.
