This lovely engraved rose gold wedding band is fully hallmarked 375 for 9 carat gold and was made in Birmingham, England in 1918. It has a makers mark, which is sadly too rubbed out to read. It is engraved all around in a geometric floral pattern with all the sections linked together. It is a size US 3/4, UK size N 1/2 but we would recommend it for marginally smaller fingers as it is quite wide ( 0.26 inches ), therefore a little more room needs to be allowed for a comfy fit. It weighs a very wearable 2.2 grams. It is in a great condition with the exception of a few scratches on the inside, not visible at all when worn. We have not polished them off as we wanted to leave the original patina on the ring. The ring feels beautifully smooth and is engineered to fit like a glove on your finger. The engraving is highly effective on the much sought after rose gold. This is a beautiful and individual wedding band and it would also look fantastic worn stacked with other bands or rings for a great effect. It looks super and would sit very securely due to it's width, as a pinky ring also. Really……it's an all around keeper!!
