This Edwardian Era ladies pocket watch is hallmarked 585 for 14 karat gold and bears makers mark F&F. It hails from around 1900. Made in rose gold, it had been gilded with rich, yellow gold and has the loveliest, buttery bloom as a finish. The pared down, elegant decoration is a single rose cut diamond at the centre of the watch case. The watch is working ( we cannot quarantine that it will keep exact time ) ! yet it is so beautiful we keep thinking of it as an uber stylish pendant ! it looks so gorgeous on an Albert chain, we do love it on a silver Albert in our photos for the interesting contrast of the metals - but assure you, it will look fantastic on gold chains too, both yellow and rose gold !

The watch measures 1.15 mm in diameter and its total length is 1.89 inches. It weighs 20.5 grams. It is in a fabulous condition both in and out, with a crisp, perfect face and glass.

We love ..... the elegant simplicity, the smooth buttery bloom, the rich yellow gold and a very tactile shape of this watch. The contemporary look and the softness of the times gone by ... Tick Tock perfect in our eyes !!
