This attractive pearl necklace was made in the late 20th century.

It is hallmarked 750 for 18 karat gold. The remaining hallmarks are hard to read but indicate that it is possibly of Italian origin. It measures 15.5 inches long and weighs 3.3 grams. The chain link is 1.03 mm thick.
The necklace features a flat link chain spaced out with 10 white, luscious pearls which measure 3.7 to 3.8 mm in diameter. The pearls are cultured but we had not have them tested for whether they are salt or sweet water variety. One of them has a tiny, barely noticeable mark, possibly a split but it is absolutely secure, the rest are in perfect condition as is the whole necklace.

We love ..... the classic, elegant and feminine look of this necklace. Perfect for wearing alone, layered with other chains and wonderful with your wedding dress !
