Allan Adler (1916-2002) was an American silversmith inspired by the Modernist art movement of the early 1900s. In the 1940s, Adler was commissioned to design mini-Oscars for Academy Award winners, crowns for Miss USA and Miss Universe, and silver bowls, candlesticks, and goblets for Hollywood celebrities, earning him the moniker "silversmith to the stars".
