This rare J.Edwards with copyright, original 1848 black transfer ware Bochara pattern is missing the lid, however it is in great condition for age, on small chip on handle. A collectors piece. Under tray measures 7.5" x 6.25, raised designed handles. The tureen measures 4" H x 5" W, 6.75" hand to handle. Note the intricated raised designs under handle that make this piece exceptional. Signature impressed on bottom of plate along with the number 2.
