This 8 ribbed hand blown clear glass pitcher can be seen in the New Bedford Glass Museum. Ground pontil on base, there is a chip on base rib. Applied hollowed glass handle is an absolute rarity. Pitcher has crack on base of handle that probably started with manufacturing (see picture) It does not go through glass, and based on age of antique it has been priced accordingly. This is a masterpiece. Bulbous body and tooled spout measures 8 1/2" H.
