This NILOAK vase was made with a matt finish in light green. The name NILOAK came from the reverse of the word KAOLIN which has to do with the type of clay used in its production.
SIZE: 6 " high by 5" wide at the base of the handles.
CONDITION: light interior staining, no chips, no cracks or no hairlines.
HISTORY: In 1910 Eagle Pottery became NILOAK Pottery Co., closely connected to the Mission Arts and Crafts movement. This pottery was made from 1910 until 1944.
