Beautiful vintage 3 strand faux baroque pearl MIRIAM HASKELL bracelet. It features the classic fancy Miriam clasp. Oh so pretty ... AND the safety chain is intact!
The baroque pearls vary in size. That is a very attractive feature. It also features Russian gold spacers beads and clasp findings.
MARKS: It has the Miriam Haskell signature on the clasp.
SIZE: 7-1/4" long with safety chain, and the clasp is 1" across.
CONDITION: Lovely pre-owned condition. The glass baroque pearls that go around your wrist are in great shape. The clasp is secure and closes with a nice snap! There is wear to one pearl on the clasp area. Extremely light wear to the spacers beads, but it is not distracting. Mentioned so that you know this is not like brand new! I have reduced the price because of this ONE slight flaw .... 11030 .
HISTORY: Miriam Haskell began business in 1924 when she came from Indiana to NYC and opened a shop. She started the Miriam Haskell Company in 1926. No jewelry was marked in any permanent way from 1926 until 1947, and only occasionally marked from 1947 until 1949. Haskell sold her business in 1954 to Frank Hess and Morris Kensler, and it has had various owners since then. The company is still in business today.
