This large and commodious writing table was fashioned with breadboard ends on the top and houses one very large and two smaller drawers; each with pierced, Chippendale style brasses. It sits atop boldly executed, cabriole legs, displaying crisply carved acanthus leaves on the knees and large, paw feet. Notice the gracefully shaped, scrolling apron with a beaded edge and central shell detail. It is a very decorative and serviceable desk.
